I don't know why I never noticed this before - but they call this "Appellee's Brief" but in this case Devon Park is the Appellant not the Appellee - as can be seen in the first paragraph of the brief itself.
Devon Park may want to keep this in mind as it considers the advice of its counsel.
If I make a post that's got a CoC press release or brief, I would of course want to post it with commentary, refuting it's claims, as this is not an objective news blog. This is a strongly and openly opinionated, advocacy blog. And if I don't have time to post about their stuff you're certainly welcome to link to it in the comments
