"The Struggle for the RLDS Religion" by Bob Moore

Bob Moore has written a paper titled "The Struggle for the RLDS Religion" which you can download here. He does an excellent job of explaining the current situation, and I strongly agree with him, though I think he made a mistake in using the term "gay marriage" in his paper. This is a confusing term which frames the debate on inappropriate grounds. I believe the term "gay marriage" should be avoided altogether, in favor of some other terminology such as "the public recognition of homosexual unions as marriages" which does not commit itself linguisticly to the idea that said unions are marriages when they are not.

Things related to the lawsuit have been moving very slowly lately.
